蓄电池交货时即用容量应达定格容量之75%以上,但必须在交货 14天以内测试。交货后经
3Cycle充放电后,电池容量应达定格容量之 100%以上,或经 10天浮动充电后,电池容量应达定格之 100%以上。
Battery capacity at time of delivery shall be 75% or more, provided it is tested within 14 days after delivery. After delivery, the capacity shall exceed 100% of nominal within 3 charge/discharge cycles or 10 days float charge.
开路电压 Open circuit voltage：蓄电池交货时,开路电压应达12.6V以上,测试温度：25±10℃,但必须在交货14天以内测试。 The battery at time of delivery shall read 12.6v (ov) or more at 25±10℃, provided it is measured within 14 days after delivery.
内部电阻 Internal resistance：
完全充电后以AC桥式(1KHz)测试,必须低于13mΩ以下。 Give a full charge to the battery, and measure with AC bridge (1KHz), when readings shall be less than 13mΩ.
容量残存性能 Capacity retention：放置温度:25±2℃
完全充电后放置3个月,残存容量应达80%以上。完全充电后放置6个月,残存容量应达70%以上。 The remaining capacity of the battery, left standing for 3 months at 25 ± 2℃, shall be more than 80%. After 6 months, it shall retain more than 70% capacity.
最大连续放电电流 Characteristics against given load： 258A放电5秒,电池不得有异常现象。 No deterioration shall be found with 258A discharge for 5 seconds.

Charge at 14.4V for 16 hours. Discharge at 4.3 A for 2 hours. Final discharge voltage at the 200th cycle shall be 10.02V or more.
浮式寿命 Float use life：以13.8V定电压持续充电,每3个月后以4.3A放电至10.02V终止电压。 3年内电池容量必须维持在2Hr以上。 Charge at 13.8V continuously and discharge at 4.3A to FV 10.02V every 3 months. Battery shall last minimum 3 years until the capacity falls to 2Hr.
机械强度 Mechanical strength：
耐振动性能 Anti-vibration performance：振幅 : 4 mm 频率 : 16.7 Hz任意方向连续60分钟振动后,目视检查电池不得有漏液、异常现象,测定电压应达12V以上。 Vibrate the battery in any directions for 60 consecutive minutes with 4 mm amplitude and 16.7 Hz per minute. Read the voltage and make visual inspection. Battery shall show no extreme damage or no electrolyte leakage and should read nominal 12V or more.
耐冲击性 Anti-impact performance：在厚约10mm以上之硬木板上测试,由20cm高处落下(方向任意,但端子部除外)一次后,目视检查不得漏液、异常现象,测定电压应达12V以上。 Drop it from a 20cm height onto a 10mm thick solid wooden block in any directions except terminal portions. Read the voltage and make visual inspection. Battery shall show no extreme damage or no electrolyte leakage and should read nominal 12V or more. |
